Job Description

Knowledge in supply chain management- Scrutinize the material requisition with stock at site and store in hand.- Ensure the availability of stock and ascertain on the basis of weekly site visits.- Ensure inter-site material transfer and related entries, documentations.- Responsible to submit quarterly site stock reports on category wise/project wise.- Responsible to coordinate with the site store personnel on delivery and receipts.- Responsible to coordinate with suppliers in terms of material delivery on time.- Ensure timely delivery of materials to site. - coordinating activities between project and procurement team, including processing material requisition requests.- monitoring excess stock held at site and coordinate returns.- Other duties as assigned and in coordination with Manager - Procurement
