We are an Construction company based in Dubai projects for We are looking for a Site Supervisor cum Estimator with minimum 3 years? experience in UAE .You will be required to have a strong understanding of construction methodologies.Your duties will include:Prepare BOQs and quotations based on drawings/ site measurements.Measure and calculate the cost of materialsPrepare tender submissions and take offs.Liaising with suppliers and subcontractorsRead and interpret plans.Site Supervisor and Site Engineers needed for construction companySite Supervisor must be experienced in handling G+2 /3 /4 ProjectsWell versed with handling various challenges and issues on a day to day basisComplete handling of tasks and people independentlyDecision maker and strong communicatorWell versed with handling tight budgets and delivering within strict timelinesAbility to work under pressureWell versed with handling a team and managing the day to day operations2-5 yrs for Site Engineers and 5-8 yrs for a Site SupervisorPlease email your CV along with details of your current/past related work experience
