The Data Analyst role acts as a bridge between planning and operations teams and is responsible for seamless planning/execution during peak and off peak periods while maximizing customer/seller experience. This role involves setting up robust mechanisms related to analytics, capacity management and shipping supplies as well as ensuring our customers are offered the best possible speed on a daily basis. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills.Key job responsibilities- Act as lead between supply chain and central operations team- Set up automated mechanisms to monitor speed- Set up a robust processes to communicate execution plans to operations and supply chain teams- Support business growth in constrained environment with frugal and innovative solutions- Work on scaling up processes at a quick pace, by identifying, implementing available tools/automation.- Rollout best practices from other geographies/ companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses- Bring data driven solutions using analytical skills to contribute operations and growth in the organization- Partner with business and act as lead for maintaining and updating stores coverageWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Dubai, ARE
