Contract Duration: 1 year

Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on End-End ME & MISSA supply chain KPIs (Perfect Order, OTIF, DSIs, CIPs, Customers Claims).
Run the monthly E2E supply chain KPIs and dashboard review.
Liaise with End-End supply chain teams; plan, customer service and D&T to challenge and validate SC performance metrics and highlight trends and areas for improvement.
Interface with EMEA Supply Chain analytics team to improve the accuracy of current reports and drive the automation of manual reporting for ME and MISSA.
Develop reports to track Supply Chain projects portfolio status and performance.
Capture and develop new Supply Chain reports/dashboards requirements to bring about visibility on performance and cost.
Document and develop SOPs and work instructions related to Supply Chain operations.
Provide support on Supply Chain projects where needed (focusing on IT requirements).
