You are an experienced Technical Supervisor with a solid hands-on mentality and capacity to lead a team of technicians.Together with your team you will assure the proper maintenance and repair of our rides in accordance with the manuals of the OEM and the industry standards so they can operate in a safe and reliable way at all times.You know how to motivate your team and are very communicative towards colleagues from all departments.Maximize operationality for all equipment within the parksAssist in periodic checks and preventive maintenance on rides and playgroundsReport and document all works accordinglyAssist in fault searching and problem solving in case of standstills in order to have the rides back in operation in a short timeBe pro-active towards making adjustments, ordering spare parts and identifying any problematic equipment.Ensure that you and your team are operating safely and have received proper training to perform their duties.Supervised the Technical Services stores & warehouse.Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Management Team
