Any candidate having requisite experience in handling Micros ( Oracle) and hands on experience in short-term and long-term planning of F& B controlling and pricing aspects.
Hands on experience in having reconciliation of Foods and Beverages revenue report submitted by cash room and tally with shift reports generated from POS tills.ÿ
Inventory management hands on experience and know how to tackle large volume of transactions.ÿ
Responsible to manage harmonized UOM in tawheel and POS with coordination of Finance and Procurement and timely notify and material difference that impacts inventory depletion.ÿ
Check and ensure that all menu items in POS have a recipe sync with ERP ( Tawheel)
