Responsible for Import & Exports data accuracy
Responsible for Import & Export data, customs audit, zero discrepancy in the data
Ensuring every tasks is completed within the given time frame
Choosing vendors for load dispatch based on the performance and operations feasibility
Supervising team for making invoice, Packing list, delivery advice, coo, coc and other docs
Responsible for Teams KPI as well as every process KPI
Ensuring to get all cross-border detailed information from agents, consignee etc for customs rule & regulation
Ensuring information flow smooth among all stakeholders.
