We are offering you the opportunity to become DSV?s Business Change Supervisor to focus on ensuring the best practices are applied on following operational procedures and data quality standards in the operating system and other tools. As change consultant, responsible for reviewing procedures and implementing new ones when and where required with the department management. Assist with building of best practice in the departments. Assist in implementation of new IT applications to make the operation leaner.Responsibilities:Determine the benefits of a business vision;Assess progress towards a business goal;Achieve measured improvements in the business operations.Overseeing and leading any change management projects, including the researching, implementation and assessment from start to finishManaging the communications and views internallyCreating and conducting the coaching and training sessions for various audiences, including customer management and leadership.Understand the objectives and being able to project these within DSVUnderstanding sales initiatives and prospects, being involved in internal sales meetingsEnsuring project goals are met and executed by working with numerous internal resourcesMentoring and supporting team members and assigning tasks where relevantLong term relationship building with both clients and colleaguesAbility to acknowledge and address any client issues and resolve these with the intent of exceeding client expectationHelping with and leading on any colleague engagement programmes to do with internal change managementIdentifying suitable communication strategies and building on these, reviewing the plans and delivering reports to the executivesSystem analysis & innovative working procedures.Measuring KPIs and setting local & global benchmark standards in Data quality.Supporting Management with access to reports, analysis data, setting dynamic dashboards.Staff Training.Qualifications & Characteristics:Forwarding and Logistics background preferredBusiness Process Mapping / continuous Improvement to define requirements & determine relevant solution.Good knowledge in MS Excel (Macro/VBA would be advantage)Knowledge and ability to create dashboards in Power BI (would be advantage)Knowledge of Power AppsGood analytics skillsSelf-Managed, Result Driven & outgoing personalityProactive and innovative.Structured and organized.Good communication and organization skillsAbility to grasp quickly & able to sell the knowledge he/she gathers.Diplomatic, influencing & trustworthyExtrovert personality with strong relationship building capabilitiesDSV ?
