We are looking for Subject teachers for Middle School ( English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Hindi, French, Arabic, Islamic Studies, Computer Science, Music, Dance and Physical Education)General Job Responsibilities:Fully support the vision, mission and values of the school and promote the highest levels of achievement across the key stage and the schoolEnsure that parents are kept well informed about the core subject, children?s targets and progress, the school?s plans for improvement and their part in the process of improvementIn consultation with the head, take on the responsibility for other aspects of school improvement where requiredTake on specific tasks related to the day to day organisation of the schoolMonitor pupil standards and achievement against annual targets and track progress in all subjectsMonitor planning, curriculum coverage and learning outcomes across all subjectsIn consultation with the leadership team, lead evaluation strategies to contribute to overall school self-evaluationIn consultation, plan and implement strategies where improvement needs are identifiedEnsure that all pupils achieve to the best of their ability within all subjectsEnsure relevant attainment/ achievement targets are met within all subjectsMonitor systems to assess and record pupil progress and achievement within all subjectsFacilitate the development of independent study skills and personalized learning within all subjectsOversee planning and schemes of work to ensure continuity and progression for pupils in all subjectsEnsure that pupils? development of key skills supports overall progressEnsure all pupils are meaningfully included and make good progress relative to abilities within all subjectsEstablish and maintain links with other agencies in order to support educational attainment of pupils in all subjectsGraduate/Post Graduate in the Subject taught from any of the recognized universities. (Regular)B.Ed (regular) from any of the recognized universities. ?mandatory requirementMinimum 3-5 years? -experience in the similar positionLocal Experienced candidates will be preferred.ICSE / CBSE experience is preferred.Having KHDA/SPEA/ADEK approval in the same position is required.
