In order to support and drive the challenging ramp up phase on-site, the Daimler Task Force Farasis has been established. For the overall success, the ramp up according to the planned battery demand is crucial. The sub suppliers management team within the task force covers topics and functions such as Sub suppliers PPAP, Capacity Management and support Farasis purchasing team to improve their process and IT system. . In order to achieve the overall project targets, the role is essential to ensure sub suppliers management and avoid the risk for battery production. Working together with Farasis purchasing team and deep involved in the daily business, Coach and knowhow transfer for suppliers management and Quality Control. Especially to support Farasis to set up proper cooperation module with other business unit.Qualifications[Education] * Graduated/certified engineer Economics, mechanical engineering Automotive Engineering, technical orientated Business Administration or similar * Fluent English skills, German language skills is a plus [Experience] * With minimum 5 years work experience at OEMs, especially from Components Suppliers [Specific knowledge] * High motivation and flexibility combined with a high ability to work independently * Good organization skills and structured working function * Strong skill and knowledge to coordinate between different teams. * Proficient knowledge in MS-Office especially in PPT and Excel * Intercultural competences, team player * Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels * Knowledge in Battery technology / development is a huge plusOrganization: Daimler Greater China Ltd.Primary Location: China (Mainland)-Jiangsu-ZhenjiangWork Locations: East of HengShan Road and North of YinHe Road East of HengShan Road and North of YinHe Road Zhenjiang 212132
