Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:To be responsible for meeting the institutional recruitment objective towards achieving the targeted number of students for CUD.JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES LINKED TO OBJECTIVE AREAS:The Student Recruitment Specialist duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Visit schools to promote, educate, recruit, gather leads, and represent Canadian University Dubai and Canadian values in a professional manner.
  • Conduct campus tours for prospective students and their family members.
  • Conduct presentations and tours for large groups visiting CUD.
  • Use Salesforce database to maintain and update the information for school representatives and students.
  • Conduct Salesforce email blasts for events and various communications.
  • Build relationships with career counsellors and head teachers of schools.
  • Visit career counsellors to deliver new marketing material, maintain relationship, and meet newly hired employees.
  • Follow up with leads and provide any additional information as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
  • Organize and attend Open House and other various recruitment events.
  • Provide detailed recruitment reports to team members.
  • Great understanding of Canadian values, education system and transfer opportunities.
  • Follow up with admitted not registered students to convert admitted students into registered students
