Structural Site Engineer | A Leading Engineering Consulting Company in UAE Apply Here (Click on the Link Below)Employment:Full Time ? Construction supervision, site inspection, progress monitoring for general civil works, ID works, structural works and architectural works. ? Executing and maintaining the quality of works in accordance with the approved specifications, drawings, method statements and material submittals. ? Review and approval of shop drawings, coordination drawings, material submittals, method statements, tests reports, PQP?s, health and safety procedures and all other project related documents submitted by Contractors and obtain final approval from RE and Project Manager ? Observe the safety procedures followed by the Contractor. Issue instruction as necessary to correct safety violations ? Monitor final completion of the work. Lead the final inspection of the work. Review the adequacy and accuracy of completed facilities of the project. ? Assist and coordinate Client?s FM department representatives in the handing over of the completed areas/facilities based on Client?s system and requirements. ? Lead the group of inspectors to supervise all civil works to ensure that the progress & quality meets the contracts requirements. ? Issue site instructions, Non conformance report to the Contractors. ? Monitor the progress of Contractor?s work; attend Client & Coordination meetings. ? Coordination with Infrastructure for the road, services & development works and works. ? Knowledge in preparing Contract documents, BOQ?s and on the field of Quantity Surveying with the application of conventional and international standards ? Preparation & evaluation of weekly, monthly reports and verification of monthly payment to the ? Client against the actual Work progress.
