Execute structural design and perform engineering calculations for low-rise new-build andreconstruction projects? Prepare and submit documentation to DM, DCD, Trakhees, and other authorities, ensuringapprovals are secured without rejections or major revisions? Participate in negotiations with statutory authorities as required? Ensure strict compliance with UAE building codes, as well as relevant British and Americanconstruction standardsProject and Team Coordination? Coordinate with the Architect and Draftsman within the execution department? Manage coordination with subcontractors during internal project execution? Lead communication with general contractors and their subcontractors during sitesupervision activities? Maintain direct client engagement throughout all project phases, including technicalconsultations, resolution of authority feedback, and project reportingDigital Tools and Process Development? Utilize Zoho, Trello and Google Workspace for project tracking, document control, and teamcollaboration? Operate Revit and AutoCAD proficiently for design-related tasks? Perform engineering calculations using software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP, STAAD, orequivalent platforms? Actively contribute to the development and implementation of BIM workflows within thecompanyCompensation Package? Fixed salary: AED 9,000/monthMonthly KPI-based performance bonus: AED 6,000/month.? Participation in the company’s project office bonus fund, based on overall turnover (eligibilityafter 6-month probation)? Standard fuel/SALIK reimbursement?
