Perform all aspects of architectural design, including conceptual studies, programming, schematic documents, design development documents, and construction documents.
Preparing drawings that are relevant to the permits and approvals, reviewing and checking on drawings based on Authority standards.
Develop strong relationships within the firm and with/or clients. This includes working side-by-side in a team environment with our Managing Director, Technical Manager, Architects and Emerging Professionals on active production.
Responsible for overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firms strategic priorities.
Site Visit is mandatory to ensure high level of service given to the client
