Overview of the roleThe Strategy Manager is a very important role to help drive the strategic planning process in Group Technology and Digital Platforms and plays a key role in helping drive the strategic priorities for the function.ÿThe role will also help to enable a value-driven approach to driving key priorities, that emphasizes collaboration, speed, and efficiency and applied across all areas of the organization.ÿWhat you will do?ÿÿÿEnsure quality of analysis, activities, and deliverables for strategic initiatives, including the development and validation of strategic plans and detailed transformation plans?ÿÿÿHelp syndicate analysis, results with all stakeholders?ÿÿÿOngoing research and analysis on ever evolving technology landscape with assessment of relevance for our businesses; collaborate with the Strategic partnership team to work with external partners on innovation ideationÿ?ÿÿÿProvide inputs to business case development for key strategic initiativesÿ?ÿÿÿSupport on initiatives related to talent strategy for Group technologyÿ?ÿÿÿWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to proactively drive momentum of the transformation initiativesÿÿ
