Job Description

Socialize is looking for an exceptional Strategy & Insights Director to lead our small but powerful Strategy team. Reporting to our Head of Strategy and Managing Director, you will be leading the strategic direction, management and development of our key clients accounts, demonstrating a prowess for creative thinking and storytelling.As a strategic lead, our Strategy & Insights Director will have the opportunity to support & grow the team in building out our social intelligence products for some of the most culturally relevant brands in the region. They will be helping clients navigate the rapidly evolving market and develop creative strategic solutions for clients business problems.You must have intellectual curiosity, a good understanding of research approaches, social data and how we can apply these to uncover breakthrough insights that can drive our client business forward. You will also play a vital part in new business development, meeting prospective clients, taking briefs, leading pitches and pushing us into new avenues.Were also looking for:

  • Proven creative agency experience in a strategic planning/insights capacity at a management level.
  • Extensive experience in leading strategy and insights on big client accounts.
  • A creative thinker with a proven track record in delivering creative solutions that is elevated beyond a collection of activations.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of strategists, planners and/or analysts of varying levels to develop them into the next generation of top talent.
  • An analytical mind with a passion for driving results for clients.
