  • Lead efforts to develop the entity corporate strategy in coordination with entity?s leadership team; this includes the identification of strategic objectives and initiatives linked to key performance metrics.
  • Ensure that the entity corporate strategy is effectively cascaded down to the Education Sector and Departmental levels across the organization to support the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Lead efforts to development entity?s annual operating plans, circulate among all concerned stakeholders and coordinate with the Finance department to ensure alignment with the annual budget.
  • Oversee the execution of operational plans within the department and ensure effective and efficient support is provided to all institutions, in close coordination with Sectors.
  • Take lead on necessary actions / decisions within the department to ensure the overall achievement of entity?s strategy, sector, and department objectives.
