  • Support development of 3-5 year strategic and tactical execution plans with a focus on business growth
  • Developing detailed action plans which can be built into a governable project
  • Identifying potential roadblocks across the organization and working across teams to enable progress
  • Support Strategy growth projects with internal partners and dealer network
  • Main point of contact for POD data and analytics
  • Responsible for alignment of project needs and data requirement
  • Responsible for accuracy of projects analytics
  • Responsible for update of presentation material
  • Responsible to develop workshop material and report Out
  • Responsible for additional supporting analysis
  • Responsible to develop project Milestones and Report Out materials
  • Support virtual and face-to-face workshops / VOC facilitation and note taking
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor?s degree, preferably in business; economics, statistics, or a similar field with quantitative coursework, and 2-3 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in using Power BI, Snowflake, SQL or other equivalent data analytic software.
  • Incumbent must demonstrate thorough knowledge of statistical approaches, data management techniques, and/or related digital technologies, and the ability to handle complex issues.
  • Must be comfortable working in MS Office and industry standard statistics. Very strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Effective and persuasive in both written and oral communication.
