Experience in strategy and performance tools

?�Responsibility:

�Prepare/draft corporate strategy level, including cascading to sector and departmental in terms of objectives and KPIs
Plan and ensure strategy execution with sectors and departments, including initiatives, projects, etc.�
Identify and manage strategic and operational KPIs including targets, frequent reporting, benchmarks, etc.
Report on strategy achievements on a periodic basis
