Ensure that adequate procurement measures and metrics exist and are implemented. Meaasure progress against initiatives and develop necessary corrective action plans.
Effectively strengthens direct suppliers with identified strategic partners.
Selects and manages the necessary suppliers who have the capacity and ability to meet the material and subcontracting needs of the company.
Implement the Annual Operating Plan (PDO) covering the selected goods and suppliers.
Establishes and manages the key performance objectives of the supplier, in accordance with the business strategy and ensuring the continuous supply of materials.
Prepares and executes RFQ (Request for Quotations).
Analyze demand and prices to identify new cost reduction projects. Supports inventory reduction projects.
Manages procurement negotiations and decisions covering selected suppliers.
Manages and negotiates supply agreements in support of the general objectives and objectives of the supply chain. Coordinates relocation and EC / EV projects.
