Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Specialist ? Auto Parts(Location: Dubai or Remote)About the Company:We are a well-established trading company with over 30 years of experience in the automotive spare parts industry. Our logistics hub is based in Dubai, where we consolidate supplies from China, Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, and other Asian countries for distribution to CIS markets.As we shift toward direct partnerships with manufacturers, we are expanding our team and looking for a Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to join our international procurement department.Responsibilities:Identify and onboard direct suppliers and manufacturers across China and Southeast AsiaLead negotiations and conclude supply contracts under optimal conditions (cost, quality, lead time)Select the most effective logistics options for delivery to our Dubai hubAnalyze the product assortment and propose new SKUsParticipate in private label (OEM/ODM) development and contract manufacturing projectsCoordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, planning) and ensure proper documentation flowRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in international sourcing or procurementProven negotiation skills and familiarity with Asian supplier marketsFluent in Russian (mandatory)Confident English (mandatory); Chinese is a strong advantageProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and data analysis toolsStrong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and independenceBackground in auto parts or related industries is a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive salary + performance-based KPI bonusesOfficial employmentWork format: Dubai-based or remote (by agreement)Career growth opportunities within an expanding international procurement teamInvolvement in shaping a long-term sourcing strategy
