Storekeeper cum TimekeeperJob Location : UAEStorekeeping Duties:?Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and tools.?Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.?Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.?Issue materials to site workers according to project requirements.?Coordinate with suppliers for the timely delivery of materials.Timekeeping Duties:?Record daily attendance of site workers.?Maintain accurate timesheets and prepare weekly/monthly reports.?Track overtime hours and manage leave records.?Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate time records.?Report any discrepancies in time records to management.Qualifications:?High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical qualifications are a plus.?Proven experience as a Storekeeper and/or Timekeeper in the construction industry.?Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.?Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with inventory management software.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.?Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
