STOREKEEPER ( Bakery/ Food Production)Key accountabilities of the role:1. Perform receiving and storing procedures as per company and municipality regulations.2. Check-in deliveries ? Control against the initial order: Right Product, Quantity, Quality, ExpiryDate (when needed) and enter the goods received information into the system.3. Store the goods in the correct areas following FIFO and other municipality requirements.4. Note discrepancies, if any, on Supplier and Company Document?s copies and inform purchasingimmediately5. Upon completion of the receiving process, hand over all documents to the accounts department6. Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and security in the receiving/stores areas that come under hisresponsibility.7. Ensure all stock on hand is maintained in a safe, clean, and secure environment8. Ensure all stock on hand is not expired and is still within the correct shelf life. Any stock about toexpire then inform your direct manager immediately.9. Issue stock as per recipes only so as to avoid deviation in stock figures10. Record all items produced by CPU in the system on daily basis and share information with allrelevant departments.11. Hand over all produced items to the management team as per production records12. Perform inventory on a regular basis under the supervision of Cost Controller.13. Work closely with Cost Control, Executive Chef and Purchasing departmentsRequirements:A high school qualification or equivalent.2-5 years? experience in a bakery/ food production facility.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Job Type: Full-time
