1.To ensure uninterrupted supply of materials without delay to various users of the organization.2.To maintain monthly inventory level of fast – moving items in store base on auto reorder.3.To make sure that stock ledger and stock report are reconciled and stock report must watch with physical inventory4.To maintain minimum order level of stock and make sure that new orders are placed on time.5.Executing other stock related duties which may include returning, packing , stacking and labelling supplies.6.Receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies.7.To make sure that new order receipts must be reordered in the system and material quantity & quality should be as per LPO8.To maintain and inform operations for non-moving items on semi -annually9.To maintain and make sure that slow moving items are segregated and keep the minimum level of stock.Minimum Requirements1) Minimum of 4 - 6 Year of experience in handling an Facility Management store in the UAE.2) Good Computer knowledge
