1.Inventory Management:

Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials, parts, and components.
Organize and store materials in designated storage areas to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility.
Regularly update inventory records and databases to reflect accurate stock levels.
Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations, and initiate reordering as needed.
Implement effective inventory control practices to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.

2.Material Handling:

Handle and transport materials with care to prevent damage and ensure their suitability for use in the additive manufacturing process.
Coordinate with other departments to deliver materials to the production area as required.
Ensure that materials are labelled and categorized accurately for easy identification.

3.Quality Control:

Collaborate with quality assurance personnel to inspect incoming materials for compliance with specifications and standards.
Flag any discrepancies or defects in received materials and work with suppliers to address issues.

4.Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of material movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
Generate regular reports on inventory levels, usage trends, and potential concerns for management review.

5.Coordination and Communication:

Collaborate with procurement, production and quality teams to anticipate material requirements and plan accordingly.
Assist & support the procurement officer daily tasks.
