Store SupervisorJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities :•Be responsible of all the transactions, supervision and performance of the shift•Co-ordinate with written instructions activities surrounding loading of all sales orders in accordance with instructions of sales force and market demand.•Track daily operating conditions i.e. damaged goods/trade returns, daily production, segregation and re-packing in coordination with production supervisors. Work on reducing finished good damages•Manage the fair distribution in all areas•Avoid out of stock situation•Advise diminishing stock levels•Control strictly the warehouse shrinkage and the warehouse breakage•Monitor all movements of internal warehouse staff and external organizational visitors•Facilitate & participate end of the month stock-count. Final reconciliation to be conducted with finance department’s requirements and generate a month -end stock reconciliation.•Ensure maximum utilization of available storage facility in all stores.•Ensure consistently that all warehouse activities are conducted under the fullest adherence to the quality management systems & procedure of the organization.•Ensure correct gate passes issued vs. loaded volume for all outgoing vehicles by random checks. Ensure that sales returns are handled as per the set procedure.
