  • Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to and upheld as per organization standards, and a safe environment is upheld for all customers, staff, and suppliers while achieving and maximizing occupancy targets.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and monthly team KPIs.
  • Train and coach team members on effectively handling resolution of customer grievances and queries with minimum cost to the business.
  • Source brand partners and trends in line with the guidelines and targets set out by the business.
  • Implement and maintain professional grooming/dress code and suitable style for the environment at work by being a role model for the team, always showing the customers and brand partners what a great and innovative store looks lik
