Store ManagerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Direct the Retail Operational activities of the Confectionary Retail Division to maintain and improve productivity, quality, service, creativity, and guest satisfaction.•In conjunction with the Retail Head and Project Team, spearhead all projects related to the Confectionary Retail section, including developing new concepts and opening new outlets.•Monitor competitor activity (market survey, etc.).•Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.•Monitor set financial targets to attain overall goals, sales results, and objectives of all existing and new concepts.•Review and assess customer satisfaction with products and services in coordination with store managers.•Maintain a warm, professional, and regular relationship with customers to ensure a prompt and high standard of service.•Handle suggestions and complaints by customers promptly and efficiently.•Ensure all legal documents are in place with timely renewals done through concerned departments.•Keep abreast of evolving market trends and introduce plans to implement relevant improvements while believing in continuous market research.•Suggest innovation and creativity in products/items in line with Principals expectations along with the Buying Team.Key Criteria Required:•At least 2-5 years experience in a retail confectionery in the UAE & GCC.•Effective communication skills in English - essential.•Knowledgeable in retail operations.•Excellent physical fitness levels.•Flexible working hours (Day/Night).•Must maintain a very high level of personal hygiene.•A team player with the ability to work under pressure in an extremely busy store.
