Job Description

Ambitek are a supplier of temporary labour to a range of industries in the UAE.We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations and drive business growth.Responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Setting sales targets and performance goals for the store and motivating staff to achieve them.
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising store staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries and complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and implementing strategies to minimize stock shrinkage and optimize product availability.
  • Analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Implementing marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase foot traffic.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Managing store budgets and expenses to maximize profitability.
