Job Description

We are looking for an organized, experienced store keeper, Accountant and Customer Service Representative to be responsible for all stock, staff management, and planning promotional campaigns for the store and our CompanyTo be successful as a store keeper you must be able to multitask and perform under pressure while remaining professional with customers.To ensure success, Accountants should be prompt, honest detail-oriented, professional, and analytical.Customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.˙Responsibilities:

  • Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.
  • Managing and training store staff.
  • Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
