We are looking for a Store Keeper with strong spare parts management experience to manage store operations efficiently and support workshop/maintenance activities.Key Responsibilities:? Receive, inspect, and store spare parts and materials? Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels? Issue spare parts to technicians/mechanics as per job requirements? Ensure proper labeling, bin location, and FIFO practices? Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels? Prepare purchase requisitions and GRN documentation? Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations? Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely availability of parts? Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store? Use ERP / inventory systems and MS Excel for reporting.
