Job Description

Job Purpose˙Store keepers/Material recording clerks keep track of information in order to keep businesses and supply chains on schedule. They ensure proper scheduling, record keeping and inventory control.Key Result Areas / Principal Accountabilities

  • Check inventory records for accuracy
  • Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory
  • Keep records of items shipped, received or transferred to another location
  • Find, sort or move goods between different parts of the business
˙Job Responsibilities
  • To comply Aswan company QHSE policies and procedures
  • Ro receive stores and issues supplies and equipment and complies records of supply transactions
  • To verify supplies received according to list on requisition and invoices
  • To store supplies and equipment in storerooms
  • To issue supplies
  • To organize and maintain the numbering of the machine tools, inserts and equipment?s
  • To maintain inventories supplies and equipment?s.
  • To compile report of expenditures.
  • Promote safe HSE culture in the workforce.
  • Perform OH&S Hazard Identification & Risk assessment & Environmental Aspect & Impact study to improve the HSE in their areas of Functions
  • Help to Achieve QHSE Objectives & Continual Improvement of IMS Management system
  • Report the timely reporting & investigation of Incidents, Near Misses & Fatal injuries
  • Ensure that all assignments are followed as per HSEQ requirements.
  • Actively Participates in emergency response programs.
