  • Greet customers, respond to queries, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products of the store.
  • Operate cash register, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers in the outlets.
  • Maintain required records, prepare, and submit DSR, provide feedback and serve as direct point of interaction between customers and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the shop is always well-maintained and represents the company image.
