This role is for a Statutory Accounts Lead, located in Jebel Ali- Dubai. The role requires someone who has a deep understanding / experience in Statutory Accounts & Audit.Client DetailsThe company is a well renowned power generation solutions organization whose offices span over 150 countries across the world. Their services cover a multitude of industry sectors including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, aviation, mining, shipping and more.DescriptionReporting to AMEA controller in the Dubai officeManaging the stakeholdersRequirements and scheduling of Audit workFiling statutory accounts and managing backlog according to French GAAPWork on trial balances and monthly closingsAgile and energetic person who does not micromanageOrganized and meticulous with the teams of auditors and accountantsLooking at complex contracts and excelsERPhandlingProfileBachelors or Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting or any relevant field.At least 4 years of experience within the accounting/finance function including experience in Statutory Accounting.Willing to travel to Africa once every quarter.Strong written and spoken skills in both English and French.Job OfferThe successful candidate for this role will be offered a monthly competitive salary.
