Job Description

  • Use multiple channels in sourcing (relevant to high-volume hiring) both in sourcing directly and via third party suppliers.
  • Support the High-Volume recruitment process till on-boarding.
  • Determines the hiring strategy with the country, considering local market conditions and cost per hire.
  • Partner with agencies to set the Workforce Staffing.
  • Act as subject matter expert for the Business, Legal, Due Diligence processes & policies.
