We have launched from Egypt to Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and UAE, and are looking to build and expand our footprint across the MENA-P region. + Lead/contribute to engineering efforts from planning and organization to execution and delivery to solve complex quality engineering problems.+ Actively coach team members by advocating for modern testing principles into engineering and product.+ Build, adopt open source automation frameworks for Mobile Apps Automation, API automation. + Triaging, analyzing , and debugging issues and driving issues resolution with the team.+ Write high quality, performant, readable, extendible and reusable code while working on defined product & engineering initiatives spanning multiple squads. + Manage and improve clean, concise quality documentation to Trella?s knowledge base to support increased organizational information sharing.+ Collaborate with design, product and relevant stakeholders in a proactive and fast-paced environment.+ Participate in team agile engineering practices and contribute to their continuous improvement.+ Hire, mentor, and coach junior team members.+ BS/MS in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field with 10+ years of Industry experience.+ 4+ years of experience building test automation frameworks from the ground up.+ 6+ years of experience with testing discipline, including manual and automation.+ Extensive experience working with open source mobile automation tools, API automation tools.+ Extensive experience in at least one programming language such as Java, C#, or Kotlin.+ Proven experience in scaling test frameworks, making test execution faster, more stable, and reporting in one or more of the following automation tools ( Cypress, Selenium, REST Assured, Espresso )+ Experience in testing large-scale distributed systems and mobile applications at scale.+ Strong technical aptitude, problem solving, communication skills. + Strong knowledge in different testing levels and exposure to non-functional tests (e.g. Performance, Security, etc..)+ Experience with configuring CI and maintaining pipelines in one of the following tools (e.g. CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Bitrise)+ Experience with different build tools (e.g. Maven, Gradle) and different testing frameworks (e.g. JUnit, TestNG)Technologies we use- Kotlin, Java for mobile development. - Compose, Coroutines, Flow, Retrofit, and OkHttp mobile libraries. - JSON for network transport. - MVI and MVVM for software architecture. - Espresso, Robolectric, Junit, and Mockito for testing.What we offerGetting invaluable experience by joining the Forbes Middle Easts top 50 most funded start-ups in MENA Proud to be a company that promotes Diversity & Inclusion Flexible working hours Ability to rest up with annual vacation days Biannual performance review Development opportunities in a rapidly growing multinational company Supporting our colleagues to build and grow themselves through Learning & Development initiativesOur Candidate-Focused Selection Procedure:Apply via the link provided.
