Business Analyst Expert for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:Qualifications, experience, skills and competenciesSkills:?Domain Knowledge: Adept understanding of telecom industry ? mobile, fixed and ICT products, teleom processes, technologies and regulations to effectively translate business needs into actionable requirements?Technical Proficiency: Familiar with telecom-specific technologies, protocols, and systems for both mobile and fixed services in consumer and enterprise segments?Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address intricate business challenges by proposing innovative solutions and process improvements?Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between business needs and existing processes; evaluate and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency?Collaborate and coordinate with Architects and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements as per the expectations of all impacted stakeholders?Propose and design solutions to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction?Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to align business and technical teams?Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to ensure successful delivery?Generate reports that provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning?Ensure Actionable comments raised for requirements clarification during Design phase are limited to less than?Ensure updates to Features during Design phase due to unclear requirements are limited to less thanJob PurposeThe Business Analyst will play a vital role in analyzing and translating business needs into technical requirements, fostering collaboration and seamless communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. The position will also be required to contribute and influence design decisions on the implementation of optimal solutions for product development, process improvements, customer experience and regulatory compliance.
