Position Summary:Senior Recruitment Consultant with client management and leadership search experience across diverse industries.Role Description:ROLE IS BASED IN DUBAI SILICON OASIS, DUBAI (UAE)Key Responsibilities/KRAs/KPIs: 1. Manage leadership search assignments independently.2. Manage the clients handled and build a relationship3. Create a healthy pipeline of candidates for the roles handled4. Farm additional business from the clients by consistently providing quality hiring solutions.5. Build credibility as a trusted talent adviser for the client.6. Generate business leads through engagement with candidates and share with BD Team.7. Be an exceptional assessor of the candidates.8. Manage a recruiter and operate as a team 9.
