Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.
Monthly Reporting:
Prepare the Profit and Loss (P&L) summary at the end of the month, directly after the monthly closing.
Validate and prepare the Class Wise Supporting Schedule for Cost of Sales, Marketing and Traveling expenses every month and send them to the respective Business Unit and Division Managers.
Follow up with Business Unit Managers, Division Managers and Sales Directors, for any corrections in the Class Wise P&L Account and Supporting Schedules.
?Report Analysis:
Analyze and prepare profitability reports based on product types, product lines, customers, and suppliers.
Analyze the ratio by Entity, Division, and Business Unit with respect to the Corporate Benchmark.
?Financial Indicator Reporting:
Follow up with various Zahrawi employees to collect all the information to create the Financial Indicator.
Validate the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory Reports, HR, and Supply Chain reports as per the closing calendar.
Prepare various types of analysis and reports on Sales and Gross Margin for the Financial Indicator.
?Quarterly Reporting:
Prepare, validate, and circulate the Quarterly Incentives calculation files to all Sales staff.
Coordinate with the respective Business Unit and Division Managers to rectify any mistakes highlighted by the Sales team from the Incentives Calculation file.
Prepare and validate the Quarterly Business Review Reports.
?Board Presentation:
Assist the Group Planning & Reporting Manager in preparing the Bank Review Meeting presentation and the Board presentation as per reporting calendar.
