Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support projects in preparing Materials Approval Requests (MAR), ensuring complete vendors? submittals to expedite clients? approvals
  • Overseeing Purchase orders issuance and Follow up with vendors
  • Lead resolutions on any deviation from Vendors to the terms and conditions of Purchase of Goods and Site Services
  • Search and identify new reliable vendors Locally and internationally who can support to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing
  • Negotiate contracts terms and conditions in close coordination with Legal and finance departments
  • Liaise with projects? management to ensure orders are issued on time to match schedules and site requirements
