You will be instrumental in sourcing and onboarding new technical engineers, particularly within the gaming, Android app development, and blockchain industries. This position requires a proactive individual capable of conducting interviews, managing reports, and providing ongoing support to our current UK and European technical engineering teams.- Work closely with the management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.- Proactively identify areas for improvement in operational processes and suggest innovative solutions.- Collaborate with outsourced partners to enhance overall efficiency.- Source, identify, and attract top talent within the gaming, Android app development, and blockchain sectors.- Conduct thorough interviews via calls and Zoom meetings to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.- Collaborate with management to make informed decisions on candidate selection.- Facilitate the onboarding process for new technical engineers.- Provide ongoing support to our current UK and European technical engineering teams.- Assist in setting up registrations and ensure smooth progress, providing regular updates to management.- Generate comprehensive reports on the progress of new technical engineers.- Maintain effective communication channels with both internal teams and outsourced partners.- Address any additional support requirements from management or outsourced business promptly.Requirements- Proven experience in operations management or a related role.- Familiarity with the gaming, Android app development, and blockchain industries.- Strong interviewing and talent assessment skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining a high level of productivity.Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits
