The investments that Visa has made over decades in C2B have also provided Visa with the infrastructure, technical capability, brand, expertise, and relationships to tap into money movement between a much broader coupling of counterparties (B2B, B2b, B2C, P2P, G2C, G2B, etc). The New Flows target market offers more than 185T in potential volume. Growth in New Flows is a Board-level aspiration for the company, with an aggressive net revenue CAGR forecast of 21-25%+ over the next five years to over 7B in Revenue, representing 15% of total Visa Net revenue in 5 years.In order to realize this ambitious growth, we need our organizational structure to match our strategy, by building a robust business unit around New Flows. Visa?s Group President is responsible for the New Flows business, and is forming a New Flows Leadership Team comprised of: (i) The three New Flows global business heads of Visa Business Solutions (Commercial/B2B), Visa Government Solutions, and Visa Direct, (ii) the five Regional Heads of New Flows, and (iii) Corporate partner leaders for Technology, Marketing, Legal, Finance, CS, Risk, HR, as well as a COO/Sales Ops. This team will meet on a regular weekly cadence to discuss priorities, resolve issues, share perspectives, and lead the busines holistically around the globe with relentless focus.The Senior Director New Flows will be a critical member of this global leadership team, as well as a member of the Regional President?s leadership team. The Regional Head of New Flows will dual report into the Regional President and Visa?s Group President (Oliver Jenkyn). The primary reporting line will be into the Regional President to ensure that New Flows objectives are driven holistically throughout the region in coordination with regional strategy, priorities and resourcing. The dual reporting into the Group President (and the membership on the New Flows Leadership Team) will ensure this role can maintain a clear view of global New Flows priorities, while sharing the realities from the region with the global team.The Senior Director of New Flows is responsible for designing and executing the optimal Business strategy and structure within the region. Various elements of the New Flows business are distributed across the organization at present, and the successful candidate will merge these elements into an efficient and effective organization, tailored to the region?s specific areas of highest growth potential. The candidate will continue to evolve and develop their business by influencing the multi-year and annual planning, prioritization and budgeting processes across both New Flows and the region. In parallel, the candidate will influence global strategy for the group, informing early-stage product development strategy and opportunities within new segments or verticals.The Senior Director of VBS, Visa Direct, and VGS will report into the Regional Head of New Flows as well as the Global Head of these business units (however, practically speaking, we expect that the primary, day-to-day management will reside with the Regional Head of New Flows). Moreover, as the corporate functions align their teams to the New Flows structure, the regional resources for these functions (e.g., marketing, finance, legal, risk, etc) will also dual report into the Regional Head of New Flows as well as the global corporate function head.The Senior Director of New Flows will be expected to join the Monthly Business Review for New Flows with CEO, CFO, President, and Group President throughout the year to represent progress against the fiscal year plan and multi-year plan for the region.As a leader within a new business unit, the Regional Head of New Flows will build awareness of Visa?s New Flows solutions internally, among our clients, and within the industry.Key responsibilities:

• Set and deliver upon aggressive New Flows Revenue growth goals, consistent with Board-level 5-year commitment
• Represent New Flows at the Regional Leadership Team level, reporting to Regional President
• Represent the Region at the Global New Flows Leadership team, reporting to Group President
• Coordinate strategic outcomes of the Regional Heads of Visa Direct, Visa Business Solutions and Visa Government Solutions
• Work directly with GCMs and Country Managers in region to ensure appropriate strategic and tactical focus on New Flows, informing decisions on market entry / expansion, prioritization relative to other initiatives, and investment and resourcing
• Own the regional New Flows scorecard and drive attainment of all metrics ? working with both New Flows teams and regional stakeholders to drive each metric forward
• Shared responsibility for regional New Flows P&L, along with the Business Unit leads
• Establish the New Flows organization in region, driving synergies between VD, VBS and VGS business units
• Manage regional team driving operational efficiency, reporting and sales discipline across the New Flows business units
• Ensure Corporate Function support and alignment in region for New Flows organizational growth, strategic outcomes and key investments. Collaborate with regional Marketing, Finance, Legal, Client Services and other teams both at regional LT level and within key markets
• Build visibility of Visa capabilities in New Flows across region, through regular engagements with industry, regulator and government leaders
• Identify potential M&A or partnership opportunities within the region
• C-suite engagements with key New Flows clients in region

Travel Requirements:

• This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 25% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

• This position will be performed in a hybrid office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.

Qualifications15 years of work experience with a Bachelor?s Degree 12 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or a minimum of 10 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications:?15-20 years of progressively responsible business experience with 10+ years? experience at an executive level in the payments industry?Extensive regional industry knowledge, emphasizing Commercial / Wholesale payments experience, local and international money transfers, real-time payments, alternative (to card network) payment processing?Demonstrated ability to work with large, cross-functional (e.g. product, sales, strategy, marketing) and cross-regional teams?Demonstrated ability to work closely with a partner?s C-level executives to present Visa?s strategic vision and negotiate effectively on behalf of the company?Demonstrated ability to build sustainable, collaborative relationships with regulators, industry groups and governments?Ability to work independently within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to stakeholders and to juggle multiple initiatives at once?Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor addressing a wide variety of opportunities and threats?Ability to quickly assess an opportunitys potential, leveraging fact-based analyses and industry experience?Exceptional written and oral communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across regional and functional lines?Local language skills relevant to large markets within region a plus.Additional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
