The Senior Analyst will support the Global Grant Management team in the day-to-day administration of the grants, ensuring necessary compliance and deliverables, as well as inputting data and conducting Measuring & Evaluation analysis with a focus on social impact and social startups.Main responsibilities of the role include:- Assist in the coordination and delivery of administration, reporting and program management activities related to Expo Live?s Grant Management team;- Act as the main interface and contact between Expo Live and the Finance & Procurement department;?- Is the main custodian of the Grant Management & Reporting Schedule, ensuring that it is fit for purpose and delivers the appropriate management information to Expo Live Grant Management team;?- Ensure the payment & grant administration processes are followed by Expo Live grantees, including the definition of scope, evaluation and award, as well as timely production of all associated documentation in order to ensure compliance;- Support the Expo Live Grant Management team in maintaining and enhancing a quantitative data collection system which captures all necessary Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) data across all relevant projects;- Input information into the M&E system, ensuring that information is entered accurately within the deadlines set and the information provided is verified and validated;- Monitor the quality and completeness of data, and propose solutions to data problems if and when they arise;- Conduct detailed evaluation into specific areas of interest as directed, and write evaluation reports which highlight the key conclusions and provide recommendations for future improvement, especially for humanitarian projects.
