Sr. Customer Marketing Specialist responsibilities:

Collaborates with sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs;
Generate compelling, engaging content to support content-driven integrated strategy. Help identify the most effective communication channels to reach relevant target groups and help to feed these channels with the appropriate messaging;
Developing marketing communications for launches, campaigns and other product and service marketing efforts;
Work with cross-functional teams, including channel and product marketing managers, to develop content strategies and plans that drive customer engagement and product knowledge across the buyer?s journey;
Lead content development and web improvements for customer website;
Manage agency partners from concept to execution to evaluation, ensuring projects stay on time, on budget and on brand. Include appropriate stakeholders.
