Our solutions enhance the quality of life of people around the globe and create new markets and even new industries.Key Responsibilities:Consult with product stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate them into functional and non-functional requirementsYou will work with Product Managers to evaluate the product Roadmap to identify features for development and identify definition of done for each featureYou will work with highly skilled engineers to allow for quick evolvement of a set of core componentsLead robust, fast inceptions (identify scope, value, solution and release plan) and Own prioritized actionable backlogsin order to maintain a healthy work pipeline for the engineering teamManage scope and drive trade-off decisions in conjunction with external stakeholders while balancing business requirements with technical requirementsElicit, capture, analyze, refine and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and other technical documentationResearch and analyze industry trends and benchmarking information as they apply to the HCE business model and domain area needsDissect high-level information into details and communicate details in a manner understood by Engineering and other relevant audiencesAttend standups, grooming meetings, estimation meetings, retrospectives and other key meetings for the scrum teamServe as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.Co-own Release Plans and communicate changes to stakeholders regularlyFollow complete lifecycle of project benefit, including reporting back on adoption, business value and customer satisfaction post go-liveIdentify blockers that will impact timeline, scope, cost or other product variables and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders
