Responsibilities Include:Overall accountable for DevSecOps adoption and success within SBT Energy Management businessAlign and work in a matrix environment with the HBT Global DevSecOps leadership - themes, goals and roadmapsCollaborate with SBT engineering and Offering teams to define a DevSecOps roadmap for SBT BTIChampion and coach RT level DevSecOps focals withRT specific priorities, DevSecOps themes and roadmapAct as a driver for collaboration with other HBT guilds (Architecture, Agile, V&V, Advance Tech. etc) to implement best practices, tech stack and practices that will gain efficiency gainsCollaborate with DevSecOps Focals/ Leads across xHBT business units (Fire/ Security/ VS etc.) to build a community of DevSecOps practice and standardizationTeam up with HBT DevSecOps leader to define deployment and implementation environments on cloud for SBT businesses in partnership with HCE and other vendorsHaving a sharp focus on quality and reducing tech debt as we build and onboard new projects on to DevSecOps pipelines, with an emphasis to reusability and high degree of automationLead and drive innovation opportunities in areas of gains including ? technology stack, tools, pilots, hackathons and POCs for SBTBe customer-centric and champion cutting edge, industry leading practices like Trunk based development, TDD, BDD, CI/ CD and Alerting/ Monitoring frameworks for NPIsRegularly preside and conduct MoS with RT focals, engineering leads, scrum teams to identify bottlenecks and facilitate early resolutionJointly develops custom CI/ CD solutions with RT and Scrum DevSecOps focals, ensures high degree of adoption within SECURITY and maintains itLead through example and provide DevSecOps thought leadership in areas of CI/CD and continuous testing & certification, site reliability within a Cloud-based microservices and data architecture based on previous industry experience with large scale cloud platformsManage the methods of deployment (development, testing, UAT, PPE and production) and the processes and tools required to execute those deploymentsOversee day-to-day operations of deployment pipelines, working with teams to optimize and improve quality, delivery lead times and deployment frequencyContribute to the establishment of appropriate benchmarks for load testing and performance optimizationBe knowledgeable about security principles and practices and enforce, when neededAct as technical product owner for the team(s) if requiredTransformational leadership to the Security DevSecOps teams ? rather than day to day direction and planning
