This job position requires a Program Manager to drive Releases and Initiatives within a Software Solutions Global Program Office.This position requires a technical software development program leader that has deep experience across the software engineering life-cycle from project initiation thru project closure.The candidate should have experience with traditional waterfall life-cycle methodologies as well as Agile, Scrum, and other hybrid project methodologies.The candidate should have a strong understanding of custom software development culture, terminology, and tools.The successful candidate will partner with Product Management to implement their Roadmap and other release priorities. The Program Manager must understand the product development life cycle and guide development teams in managing delivery commits.This role will also provide team guidance using the agile principles. Tool expertise is required in Jira, Confluence, SAP, Tableau, Salesforce and other tools. This individual must be able to influence all business partners, the Scrum Team, and leadership in making tradeoff decisions.
