• Consult with Clients: Understand client needs, offering expert advice on the best off-plan investment opportunities in Dubai and across the UAE.
• Sales & Negotiation: Actively sell off-plan properties, leveraging your negotiation skills to close high-value deals and exceed sales targets.
• Market Research: Stay updated with the latest property trends, upcoming developments, and investment opportunities to guide your clients.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, guiding them through the entire purchasing journey.
• Lead Generation & Networking: Build your own network, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales.

What We Need From You:

• Excellent Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals and build strong relationships.
• Passionate About Real Estate: A genuine passion for properties, with a strong interest in the UAE real estate market.
• Self-Financed for 3-6 Months: This role is commission-based, so candidates must be financially self-supported for the first 3-6 months as you build your client base and close deals.
• In-Depth Property Knowledge: A strong understanding of off-plan properties and the Dubai real estate market is a must.
• Proactive & Self-Motivated: You are results-driven, eager to take initiative, and committed to reaching your sales goals.
• UAE Experience: Prior experience in real estate sales is highly preferred.
• Must carry Good English Communication and UAE Driving License
