Job descriptionArabuild L.L.C. specializes in the marketing and supplying of architectural products and renderings. Arabuild L.L.C. provides premium quality ceramics, mosaics, cultured stones, and sanitary ware fittings & accessories from leading international manufacturers across the U.A.E. and throughout the Middle East.Role purpose:Proactively develops relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Spec Writers, Developers, construction managers, and general contractors to increase preference and demand for companies products.The position will include customer contact, design, technical interaction, and product presentations to win new business.Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Actively tracks projects in the early design stages to influence the specification. Maintains and regularly updates in the CRM a minimum number of projects where the company is/could be specified.
  • Developing and building new businesses relationship on the market by bringing new leads and establishing new relationships with the Construction sector: Architectural & Interior Design Studios, Fit Out Companies and Contractors.
  • Specifying the brand to the required standards in the BOQ.
  • Closely working with all stakeholders in the project cycle such as developer, operator, interior designer, consultant, and contractor to successfully achieve sales and project positive brand perceptions.
  • Promptly creates specifications according to requirements and budgets within the design stage.
  • Supporting the sales team
