Designed for the independent minded traveler seeking an escape from the predictable.Key Job Responsibilities:To direct and supervise the service associates during service and to ensure that all duties are performed as per the required standardsPrepare duty schedules according to the forecast in order to ensure adequate manpower for operational needsEvaluate performance of team and initiate promotions or internal transfersTo conduct regular training sessions in line with the departmental SOP sTo ensure proper organization, planning and control of china, silver, linen, glassware, menus and other suppliesTo monitor sales and cost of outlet and trend of ongoing promotions in order to meet and maximize the monthly revenue budget for the respective outletTo prepare requisitions for beverages, condiments, general supplies and guest supplies, taking into consideration established par stocks and the occupancy/ level of businessTo be aware of daily and monthly outlet budget and targetsTo promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skillsTo control the operational expenses by minimizing wastage, breakage and spoilageTo makes himself familiar with all menus, promotions, and other relevant issues concerning the outlet (product knowledge).To plan the operational tasks and assign the relevant duties depending on the skills of the line employeesTo maintain compliance with all policies and procedures
